ViewHavenViewHaven - Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your ViewHaven account and associated data. ViewHaven is provided by Conda Technology.

Option 1 - Delete your account inside the app (fastest)
- Open ViewHaven and go to the Parent Hub (enter your parent passcode).
- Open My Profile & Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This immediately and permanently deletes:
- your adult account (your email and sign-in credentials), and
- the family recovery backup stored with that account.
After deletion you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2 - Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app (for example, you have uninstalled it), email info@condatechnology.co.za from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my ViewHaven account".
Please include:
- the email address used for your ViewHaven account, and
- (optional) whether you also want any synced family data removed from our sync service.
We will verify the request and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what to expect

| Family recovery backup stored with the account | Permanently deleted. |
| Synced family data (profiles, approved channels, recent watch activity, screen-time) held by the sync service | Deleted on request (Option 2), or when you leave/reset the family. Recent watch activity is in any case only kept as a short rolling window and is overwritten over time. |
| On-device data (profiles, settings, local watch history, parental passcode) | Removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data from your device settings. |
Children's data: ViewHaven does not create accounts for children. Child profile information is created and controlled by the parent and is removed when the parent deletes the profile, deletes the account, or clears/uninstalls the app.
We do not retain your personal data after deletion except where retention is required by law. We do not sell personal data.
